SCM(Supply Chain Management)系統能同時考量到企業內外部所有的限制,藉由對限制條件的設定與調整,來縝密地進行供應鏈的規劃和最佳化,讓企業能在既有資源基礎上,充分滿足客戶需求。SCM 的推行在各產業已成為普遍現象,但其導入不僅牽涉到企業的策略、組織結構,尚牽涉企業上、下游間的整合,增加其導入的困難度,並時有耳聞企業導入SCM 失敗的例子,故企業在推動導入SCM 時更應做好事先規劃與評估工作。本研究文獻參考自國內有關SCM系統關鍵成功因素的個案,透過文獻整理的關鍵成功\因素,以產業環境面、系統面、組織面三大構面加以分類,並透過專家訪談對其內容加以修正,作為本研究的研究基礎。本研究問卷資料收集自195 個SCM 導入專案的研究樣本,與其他研究不同的是,不同的產業別其需求不盡然相同,故本研究納入產業特性加以研究。而分析結果則顯示SCM系統的績效會受到產業環境面、系統面、組織面關鍵成功因素的影響,其中並證明4 個主要假說為支持,而18 個各因素之間的次假說中則有9 個成立,分析結果也驗證了產業特性的調節關係。研究結果為:(1)整合SCM 系統導入個案發現之各關鍵成功因素,並透過專家訪談修正其因素影響。(2)透過問卷調查確認各因素的顯著解釋力,進一步提升對SCM 建置績效的解釋效果(3)納入了新的構面及測量尺度,並發展成一整合模式,可提供不同產業導入SCM系統的參考。 |
