本研究將討論地主進口國對於國內的國營事業實施民營化政策及關稅政策下，地主國境外的垂直整合廠商會如何決定生產組織決策進行競爭。並將模型延伸探討，若境外廠商只面對該進口國的國營事業或是只面對民營化廠商且不受關稅政策的影響下，內部生產組織系統又將採取何種決策進行競爭，而進口國境內的民營化廠商又會如何調整釋股比例的政策及關稅政策去做回應之分析。

This study will discuss how the vertically integrated manufacturers outside the landlord country will decide on the production organization decision to compete under the privatization policy and tariff policy of the landlord-importing country's domestic state-owned enterprises. The model will be extended to explore, if foreign manufacturers only face the state-owned enterprises of the importing country or only face privatized manufacturers and are not affected by tariff policies, what decisions the internal production organization system will take to compete, and import How will the domestic privatization manufacturers adjust their share-release ratio policies and tariff policies to analyze their responses.
