  本研究以不同關係類別與社會資本為觀點,探討職場情緒勒索背後的影響因素。目的為探討(1)分別探討在情感性與工具性關係中,社會資本對於職場情緒勒索之影響關係;(2)分析印象管理在社會資本與職場情緒勒索間的調節效果;(3)分析關係承諾在社會資本與職場情緒勒索之間的調節效果。
  本研究採用問卷調查法,以在職工作者為本研究之對象,共回收400份有效問卷,經進行因素、信度、描述性統計、相關、迴歸等分析,得到以下研究結果:
(一) 在情感性關係與工具型關係中,社會資本中關係構面對情緒勒索知覺有正向影響。
(二) 在部份情況下,社會資本中結構、認知構面對情緒勒索知覺中責任義務、內疚自責構面有正向影響。
(三) 關係承諾對於工具型關係中,社會資本的結構構面與情緒勒索知覺中擔憂害怕構面之影響具有正向調節的作用。
(四) 在部份情況下,印象管理對於情感型關係中,社會資本的結構、認知構面與情緒勒索知覺的擔憂害怕、責任義務之影響具有正向調節的作用。
(五) 印象管理對於工具型關係中,社會資本與情緒勒索知覺的擔憂害怕構面之影響具有正向調節的作用。
(六) 在部份情況下,印象管理對於工具型關係中,社會資本與情緒勒索知覺的責任義務構面之影響具有正向調節的作用。
Abstract
  From the perspective of different relationship categories and social capital, the influencing factors behind workplace emotional blackmail was discussed in this study. The purpose of this study is to
(1) Explore the influence relation between social capital and workplace emotional blackmail in emotional relationship and instrumental relationship, respectively,
(2) Analyze the moderating effect of impression management on social capital and workplace emotional blackmail, and
(3) Analyze the moderating effect of relationship commitment on social capital and workplace emotional blackmail.
  The questionnaire method was used to study serving staffs in this study. A total of 400 valid questionnaires were collected. After analysis of factors, reliability, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression, the following research results were obtained:
(1) The relational dimension in social capital had a positive effect on the perception of emotional blackmail in the emotional relationship–instrumental relationship.
(2) The structural and cognitive dimensions in social capital had a positive effect on the obligation and guilt dimensions in the perception of emotional blackmail in some cases.
(3) The structural dimension in social capital had a positive moderating effect on the fear dimension in the perception of emotional blackmail in the relationship commitment–instrumental relationship.
(4) In some cases, the structural and cognitive dimensions in social capital had a positive moderating effect on the fear and obligation dimensions in the perception of emotional blackmail in the impression management–emotional relationship.
(5) The social capital had a positive moderating effect on the fear dimension in the perception of emotional blackmail in the impression management–instrumental relationship.
(6) In some cases, the social capital had a positive moderating effect on the obligation dimension in the perception of emotional blackmail in the impression management–instrumental relationship.
