由於電子化的影響，傳統印刷業正在面臨急迫的轉型問題。電子化的衝擊主要為整個印刷產業的產量下降，以及客戶使用習慣的改變。由於網路科技、無紙化概念、環保意識的趨勢，傳統印刷業需要採取更具有特色、多元的的產品策略才能持續經營。本研究為了釐清電子化對印刷業的影響，以文獻蒐集與主管訪談的方式進行彙整。本研究針對C公司的五位主管進行訪談，統整出電子化衝擊對印刷業的影響、延伸問題，以及因應策略。最後，針對印刷業提出管理建議與管理意涵。期待透過本研究的建立，可以協助台灣印刷產業的永續發展。

Due to the impact of digitalization, the traditional printing industry is facing an urgent transformation problem. The impact of digitalization is mainly due to the decline in output of the entire printing industry and changes in customer habits. Due to the trend of internet technology, paperless concept and environmental awareness, the traditional printing industry needs to adopt a more distinctive and diversified product strategy to survive. In order to clarify the impact of digitalization on the printing industry, this study is conducted in the form of literature collection and interviews with supervisors. This study conducts five interview in C company to unify the impact of digital impact on the printing industry, extension issues, and response strategies. Finally, management recommendations and management implications are proposed for the printing industry. It is expected that through the implications of this research, we can assist the sustainable development of Taiwanese printing industry.
