隨著美國開始進入川普時代，川普推出更加嚴厲的貿易保護政策之下，美國與世界各國的貿易衝突開始加大。中國作為美國第一大貿易合作夥伴，也因此受到了川普貿易保護政策的「頭號目標」，2018年3月川普更是宣佈每年對600億美元的中國進口產品加收關稅，使得中美貿易戰呈現愈演愈烈的情勢。
本文利用貿易引力模型，將美國技術性貿易壁壘對中國電子產品出口產生的影響進行實證檢驗，旨在為川普時代美國所採取的貿易政策下，中國如何應對美國技術性貿易壁壘提出相應的對策與建議。在資料蒐集和相關文獻的分析，本研究發現再取得新轉移技術之前的中國電子出口產業，只有技術門檻較低的加工組裝，封裝測試較具有國際優勢。

As the United States began to enter the Trump era, and in Trump launched under the trade protection policy, the United States and the world trade friction began to intensify. As the largest tradepartner with the United States, China has become the “Target One” from Trump’s trade protection policy. In March 2018, Trump announced that it imposed tariffs on Chinese imports of 60 billion U.S. dollars annually, making Sino-US trade war presents an increasingly fierce pattern.
Through the construction of trade gravity model, this paper makes an empirical
test on the impact of US technical trade barriers on the export of electronic products
in China. It aims to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for how to deal with the technical barriers to trade in the United States under the trade protection policy of the United States under the Trump era.
Through data and document analysis, before China got new technology transfer,it is not yet able to maintain competitiveness with more technologically advanced countries.
