本研究以賽局理論觀點討論技術外溢與吸收能力在技術移轉過程中的影響，並分析不同變數範圍下的均衡。研究結果發現，只有在技術外溢足夠高或完全外溢的情況下，兩廠商才存在合作研發的誘因。影響廠商1三種決策（自主研發、合作研發或不研發）的關鍵因子為技術外溢程度，廠商1視技術外溢程度之高低決定其研發策略。而在上述三個子賽局下，影響廠商1與廠商2決策的關鍵因子為研發成本上升的速度；廠商1視研發成本上升的速度決定是否出售技術，廠商2則視研發成本上升的速度決定是否同意合作研發提案。對廠商2而言，其一定會選擇購買技術，但不一定會同意合作研發提案。本研究也發現，當研發投資水準愈高，吸收能力也會愈高，兩者相輔相成。對廠商1來說，要有足夠大的技術外溢程度，才能保證合作研發下的吸收能力為所有策略中之最大者。

Based on the game theory, this paper discusses the influence of absorptive capacity and spillover in technology transfer, and analyzes the equilibrium under different variable ranges. We found that only when the technology spillover is high enough or completely spilled out, there is an incentive for the two manufacturers to cooperate in R&D. The key factor influencing the three decisions (independent R&D, cooperative R&D or non-research) of manufacturer 1 is the degree of technology spillover. The R&D strategy of manufacturer 1 depends on the degree of technology spillover. In the above three subgames, the key factor influencing the decision of manufacturers 1 and 2 is the R&D cost rising rate. Depending on the R&D cost rising rate, manufacturer 1 decides whether to sell the technology, and manufacturer 2 decides whether to agree to the cooperative R&D proposal. For manufacturer 2, it will definitely choose to purchase technology, but it may not necessarily agree to the cooperative R&D proposal. We also found that the higher the R&D investment level, the higher the absorption capacity, and the two complement each other. For manufacturer 1, there must be a sufficiently large degree of technology spillover to ensure that the absorptive capacity under cooperative R&D is the largest among all strategies.
