Abstract
Theoretical and empirical research focus on the process of implement ERP system but there aren’t researcher focus on the impact of usability and organization learning. This paper argues that features of usability and organization learning can be significant influence on corporation’s performance. This paper draws on the interaction between ERP system and organization learning. ERP system consists of three constructs, usability, perceived of usefulness and perceived ease of use. Organization learning also contains three constructs, organization culture, organization training and organization routine. ERP system and organization learning will reach the shared meaning then enhance the performance which is measurement by balance sheet card. The data suggest that usability can impact on the performance through user operate the ERP system, and organization routine is the base of a corporation’s management. Although academic research of ERP implement in usability is limited, this study contributes to the field by adding an important new investigation.
