本研究在探討銀行業女性主管當其具有女王蜂行為時對於員工離職傾向會有怎樣的影響,藉由探討銀行業女性主管具女王蜂行為時對於部屬在其員工績效的表現上又會產生怎樣的影響,本研究試圖將部屬性別視為調節變項對於女王蜂行為又會產生怎樣的影響作進一步探討。本研究採用問券調查法,問卷以電子問券方式施測。問卷讓受試者填答,總共發出219份問卷,回收219份,問卷回收率100%,有效問卷為 219份。研究結果發現,當女性主管女王蜂行為越強時,就會造成員工心裡的不滿和怠工,進而引發員工離職傾向也就越強,兩者間呈現顯著正相關;且女性主管女王蜂行為越強時,員工工作績效則越佳,兩者間呈現顯著正相關。本研究亦對其背後的管理意涵做出討論,並給予實務上的建議與未來的研究方向。
This study explores the impact of female executives in the banking industry on their employee turnover tendencies when they have Queen Bee behavior, and explores how the influence of subordinates on the performance of their employees in the banking industry. This study attempts to further explore the influence of the partial attributes on the behavior of the queen bee. This study used the coupon investigation method, and the questionnaire was administered by electronic coupon. The questionnaire asked the subjects to answer, a total of 219 questionnaires were sent out, 219 were collected, the questionnaire recovery rate was 100%, and the effective questionnaire was 219. The study found that when the female director is more powerful, it will cause dissatisfaction and absenteeism in the employee's mind, and then the stronger the employee's tendency to leave, the more significant the positive relationship between the two; and the stronger the behavior of the female queen bee, The better the employee's job performance, the more significant positive correlation between the two. Further practical implications and suggestions are also discussed in this study.
