    摘要(中) 本研究目的在探討工作上使用即時通訊軟體(Instant Messaging,簡稱IM)對員工工作行為的影響,尤其是通訊軟體的使用是否會帶來員工賦權的效果,並經由該效果影響其工作行為,深入了解「IM的使用程度」、「員工賦權」、「工作滿意度」、「工作績效」及「組織承諾」五者之間的關係。本研究以全國使用即時通訊軟體工作者為研究主體,採便利取樣,共計完成269份有效問卷,並以結構方程模式進行統計分析。研究發現使用即時通訊軟體工作會讓員工有賦權感,促使其對工作感到滿意,因而展現更好的工作績效。本文將針對研究結果提出學術及管理意涵並詳加討論。
    摘要(英) This study aims to explore the impact of Instant Messaging (IM)on employee behavior. The study particularly investigates whether the use of IM will result in employee empowerment and consequently affect employee behavior. The survey endeavors to better understand the relationship between "IM Use Intensity", "employee empowerment", "job satisfaction", "job performance" and "organizational commitment".
    In this study, we collect 269 valid samples by conducting convenience sampling method. The objects of study are individuals who are using Instant Messaging at work in Taiwan. The data is analyzed with structural equation modeling. According to the results of statistical analysis, we find that the use of IM at work would empower employees, further to improve the job satisfaction as well as job performance. This article will present academic and administrative implications for the study and an in-depth discussion.
