中文摘要
現今社會中的網路資訊發達,求職管道比比皆是,企業主或用人主管對求職者的第一印象,必定是來自於求職者所送出的履歷。因此,求職者藉由履歷展現個人就業能力並進而達成求職期待,對於個人就業能力提升具相當重要性因素。

本研究研究重點在藉由「優化履歷」過程,檢視求職者本身個人就業能力展現履歷中的呈顯方式優劣,進而導致影響求職者本身個人就業能力及求職期待之關係,並藉由企業訪談對象反饋,作為實證結果依據。

本研究結論與成果,除證明求職者本身個人就業能力展現及求職期待,藉優化履歷能夠達成個人就業能力提升;更重要的是藉優化履歷原則及企業訪談對象反饋,歸納履歷撰寫原則如下:資料正確、條理分明、實證輔佐及具邏輯性等四大原則,可供作為求職者撰寫履歷參考標準之用。

本研究可作為求職者撰寫履歷實際參考之用,稍加修改亦可成為求職者本身優化履歷參考範本之用。
Abstract
The study is to find the relationship between Personal Employment Ability, Job Expectation and Individual Employment Ability:Taking the Optimization Resume as an Example.

The conclusions and results of this study, in addition to proving the job seeker's personal employability and job search expectations, can improve personal employability by optimizing resumes; more importantly, by optimizing the curriculum vitae and feedback from corporate interviewees, the principles of curriculum vitae writing are summarized as follows: : The four principles of correct, well-organized, empirical and logical, can be used as a reference standard for job seekers to write resumes.

This study can be used as a practical reference for job seekers to write resumes. A slight modification can also be used as a reference model for job seekers themselves.
