中文摘要
本研究的重要性在於從員工角度驗證僕人式領導、情感性承諾與服務導向組織公民行為之關係。本研究彙整上述變數之相關文獻並做關聯性探討,針對國內員工,以便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,共回收307份有效問卷,以SPSS統計軟體,進行樣本組成分析、敘述性統計、信度分析、效度分析及迴歸分析等。分析後獲得結論如下:1、僕人式領導對情感性承諾有顯著的正向關係;2、僕人式領導對服務導向組織公民行為有顯著的正向關係;3、情感性承諾對服務導向組織公民行為有顯著的正向關係。
Abstract
The importance of this research is to verify the relationship between servant leadership, affective commitment, and service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior from an employee perspective. This study summarizes the relevant literatures of the above-mentioned studues and conducts relevant discussions. For domestic employees, questionnaires are conducted by means of convenient sampling. A total of 307 valid questionnaires are collected, and SPSS statistical software is used for sample composition analysis, narrative statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis and regression analysis. After the analysis, the results are as follows: 1. The servant-style leadership has a significant positive relationship with the affective commitment. 2. The servant-style leadership has a significant positive relationship with the service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. 3. There is a significant positive relationship between affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.
