研究者從事外籍師資管理工作多年，由於面對解決了數不清的合理與不合理
的中外衝突問題，多半是因為文化差異產生的誤解引起，這些都是可以透過活動
磨合來化解的。也由於了解到台灣人聰明、包容、勤勞…但缺乏自信，窮忙瞎忙，
不知所為何來？而西方人普遍沒有台灣人的聰明與勤勞，有的就是與生俱來的自
信，擁有多項技能與愛好，清楚知道自己要什麼。
但研究者只能提供教學工作，其他專業白領工作機會可遇不可求，越來越多
外籍教師喜歡長住台灣，當年華老去或是當熱誠不在，無法適任教學工作時如何
留住人才？也看清了台灣人要走出世界才有機會，如何雙贏？於在職進修期間，
研究者創辦了民間中外人士社團，以此來做個案研究。透過活動一起經驗的過程
與緣分融合的過程中，收集個案社團紀錄檔案與訪談社團中的創辦人及會員，藉
由了解與反思來探討，對民間社團的運作有更清楚的掌握方向，助於未來國際團
隊發展。

Researchers have been engaged in the management of foreign teachers
for many years. Due to the resolution of numerous unreasonable and
unreasonable conflicts between Chinese and foreigners, most of them are
caused by misunderstandings caused by cultural differences. These can be
resolved through activities. Also because understand that Taiwanese are
smart, inclusive, and hardworking... but lack self-confidence, busy around
don＇t know for what? Westerners generally less clever and not hard work
as like Taiwanese. They are born with self-confidence, have many skills
and hobbies, and know exactly what they want.
However, researchers can only provide teaching work. Other
professional white-collar job opportunities can met by fate. More and more
foreign teachers like to live in Taiwan. When they are old, or when they
are not enthusiastic, how can we retain talents when we are unable to serve?
Also saw that Taiwanese people need the chances to get out of the world.
How to make the double win?
During the on-the-job training period, the researchers founded the Chinese
and foreigners non-governmental organization to do case study. In the
process of integrating experience and fate through activities, collecting
the founders and members of the case community records and interviewing
communities, through discussion and reflection, to have a clearer
understanding of the operation of civil society, and to help Future
international team development
