本研究旨在探討部屬知覺到的主管同理心對部屬幸福感是否具影響性,同時進一步探討部屬泛家族信念在部屬知覺到的主管同理心與部屬幸福感之間的調節效果。 在樣本上,本研究採便利抽樣,共回收307筆有效資料。 經階層迴歸分析發現: 一、部屬知覺到的主管同理心可以顯著的預測部屬幸福感。 二、部屬泛家族信念可以部分調節部屬知覺到的主管同理心與部屬幸福感之關係。 本研究可幫助企業了解部屬知覺到的主管同理心對部屬幸福感的影響,並提出部屬泛家族信念對於該關係的影響。最後針對研究結果、研究限制進行討論,並提出說明與建議。 |
Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of subordinates’ perceived supervisors’ empathy on their well-being, and further explore the moderating effect of subordinates’ belief on Pan-famillism in the subordinates’ perceived supervisors’ empathy on their well-being. This study utilizes convenience sampling and gathered 307 data samples. It was found that by hierarchical regression analysis: First, the subordinates’ perceived supervisors’ empathy will affect on their well-being. Second, subordinates’ belief on Pan-famillism can partially regulate the relationship between the supervisory Empathy and the subordinates' Well-being. This study can help companies understand the influence of the subordinates’ perceived supervisors’ empathy on their well-being, and propose the influence of subordinates’ belief on Pan-famillism on the relationship. Finally, the research results, the research restrictions are discussed, and the explanations and suggestions are put forward. |
