塑膠容器資源回收產業自首任環保署長簡又新引進外星寶寶及全民環保教育宣導活動啟動國人對於塑膠生活容器回收新觀念開始，為台灣環保意識奠定良好的基礎，回收概念逐漸自早期「酒矸通賣嘸」的街頭喚叫收貨換冰淇淋或糖果蛻變至今日的資源回收站，民國81年PET寶特瓶押瓶費制度的建立一併帶動了其他塑膠容器回收風氣，同時奠定塑膠容器回收的深厚基礎，資源回收業從此蓬勃發展使得廢塑膠容器回收量逐年增加，本文以SC企業股份有限公司為例進行塑膠容器回收再生產業競爭優勢之研究。
來自家庭生活中使用之塑膠類容器為塑膠回收產業原料主要來源，如何有效回收、如何增加回收量、及因為競爭如何在產業獲取利潤、本研究主要以PEST、SWOT、五力分析、競合策略（價值網）為基本分析研究工具，藉由相關分析工具達到提升產能利用率與績效再創佳績營業額進而塑造產業形象及改變企業文化。

The resource recycling industry of plastic containers developed from the introduction of the Alien-Baby-shape public recycle bin and the education of national environmental protection concept, both are proposed by the first director of the Environmental Protection, Eugene Chien. "Is there any bottle for sale?" It is a slogan from vendors, who try to exchange recycling material with candy or ice cream. Due to the establishment of the Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle fee system in 1992, the way of collection from the streets already changed to Today's resource recycling station in Taiwan. It also drives the trend of recycling other plastic material containers and the vigorous development of the resource recycling industry. This research takes SC Enterprise Co., Ltd. as an example to study the competitive advantages of the plastic container recycling waste plastic containers to increase year by year. This research takes SC Enterprise Co., industry.
Specifically, the plastic containers used in family life are the primary sources of raw materials for the plastic recycling industry. We study how to recycle effectively, increase the amount of recycling, and obtain profits in the competitive industry. Our study uses PEST, SWOT, Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, and Co-opetition Strategies as the main research methods. Using these methods, we first investigate how to improve capacity utilization and performance. Following that, we strive to reshape the industry image and corporate culture.
