本研究嘗試比較高雄市低碳及非低碳社區民眾對於節能減碳的行為意圖,以及可能影響此意圖之主觀規範、知覺行為控制、態度、道德義務等面向之差異性。首先,藉由文獻回顧為基礎,再以高雄市三民區低碳社區鼎泰里及非低碳社區正興里為驗證地區,使用低碳社區節能減碳行為意圖量表,疫情之故,以便利抽樣進行問卷調查。問卷共發放出900份問卷,分別為低碳社區鼎泰里450份問卷,回收391份,回收率86.8%,其中有效問卷386份;非低碳社區正興里發出450份問卷,回收385份,回收率85.5%,其中有效問卷378份。調查資料使用SPSS.21統計軟體處理,採用描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析,並對假說進行檢定。
研究結果顯示:
一、非低碳社區居民節能減碳的主觀規範、知覺行為控制、態度、道德義務和行為意圖反而均高於低碳社區居民。
二、社區居民節能減碳的主觀規範、知覺行為控制、態度和道德義務對參與社區節能減碳行為意圖均有正向影響。
Abstract
This research attempts a comparative study on energy conservation and carbon reduction behavior intentions of residents in Kaohsiung's low-carbon and non-carbon communities, and their differences in subjective norms, perceptive behavioral controls, attitudes, and moral obligations that may affect such intention. This paper first conducts a literature review to serve as a basis for research. The low-carbon community Dingtai Ward and the non-carbon community of Zhengxing Ward, both of Kaohsiung City's Sanming District, are selected respectively as experimental group and control group. A questionnaire is designed using a low-carbon community energy conservation and carbon reduction intention scale. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, a convenience sampling is applied. A total of 900 questionnaires were administered evenly between the two wards. Dingtai Ward, the low-carbon community, yielded 391 returns and a return rate of 86.8%, with 391 valid returns. The non-carbon community Zhengxing Ward yielded 386 returns and a rate of 85.5%, with 378 valid returns. The survey data was processed using SPSS.21 statistical software, adopting descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis to test the research hypothesis.
The research results are as the following.
1. Residents from the non-carbon community show a higher score average than residents in the low-carbon community in terms of perceptive behavioral control, attitude, moral obligation, and behavioral intent.
2. Community residents' subjective norms, perceptive behavioral control, attitude, and moral obligation positively influence their behavioral intent towards participating in community energy conservation and carbon reduction.
