從2018年3月到2020年1月，中美貿易談判從劍拔弩張、多次停火又硝煙再起、一度又停滯不前、最後到沈默不語…另一方面俄羅斯與OPEC為首的沙烏地阿拉伯對於石油減產依舊沒有共識，造成油價崩跌屢創新低；2019年又有日韓貿易戰，日本直接將氟化聚醯亞胺、氟化氫極及光阻劑等關鍵原料停止供貨給南韓，韓國面板及半導體企業如三星、SK海力士與LG等企業將直接面臨缺料的威脅。而台灣作為全球化之下代工的領頭羊，必然無法置身事外；而作為亞洲海運標竿的Ｗ公司，又如何在這驚濤駭浪夾縫中求生存呢？
東南亞國協自1997年亞洲金融風暴後慢慢崛起，而越南作為東南亞國協的主要工廠，並挾帶著每年經濟成長率都超過5%的後起之秀，本論文將以Ｗ公司既有的服務網絡下，與越南進出口海運來往密切的地區如中國、南韓、日本、泰國與馬來西亞，運用市場分析、五力分析、RBV資源基礎觀點及SWOT分析做出全面性探討，剖析Ｗ公司在越南海運的優劣勢分析及未來的發展策略。
此發展策略也將有助於Ｗ公司開拓東南亞其他國家之區間海運網絡，亦可延伸服務網絡向西至非洲。Ｗ公司作為亞洲海運市場翹楚，而亞洲又是未來世界的主要工廠及市場。在眾多貿易戰不斷侵蝕之餘，許多世界知名企業紛紛要求在地化及縮短供應鏈之情形下，未來亞洲市場依然還是潛力無窮，前景一片看好。

Since Mar 2018 to 2020, there was an immense impact to globe named U.S.-China trade war. Although it seems the war had been escalated and then ceased sharply. On the other hand, there was no common consensus to crude oil production cuts between Russia and Saudi Arabia and it also caused oil prices plummeting. In 2019, there was a trade war between Japan and Korea.Japan prohibited to export the critical raw materials such as polyimide, hydrogen fluoride and photoresist to Korea directly and it gave the Korean panel and semiconductor companies such as Samsung, SK Hynix and LG a huge strike. Taiwan has many OEM suppliers in the world and can’t be get involved itself. Nevertheless, company W, as a benchmark company in Asia shipping industry, how can it survive in this perilous situation?
ASEAN had been growing up after 1997 Asian financial crisis. Vietnam has the most important factories in the world and also regarded as a rising star, the growth rate of real GDP over 5% every single year. Based on current services of company W, the thesis will use PEST, Porter's five forces analysis, Resource-based view and SWOT analysis to find out the strength and weakness parts and also give the strategy and advice to company W, which services from Vietnam to China, Japan, Korea, Thailand and Malaysia.
The thesis will help company W to develop the new services in Southeast Asia, also extend to Africa. Company W has the strongest services in Asia, and Asia is not only the factory but also the biggest market in the world. Although many multinational corporation request suppliers be globalized and supply chains be optimized, Asia still has the unlimited potential and bright prospects in the future.
