本研究以半結構式訪談的質化研究方式探討無疆界職涯於工作者生涯階段適用影響,以及生涯階段中的生涯角色如何影響無疆界職涯傾向。研究結果顯示工作者在職涯前期強調追求組織所提供之學習機會,具有無疆界職涯傾向;但在職涯中期後轉為心理上還是願意嘗試轉換工作,但在實際的行動上會有所躊躇。而進入職涯中期所加入的家庭角色則會有正面鼓勵與限制工作者的兩面影響。在進入家庭初期工作者會因家庭成員支持、追求家庭更好的物質生活而願意主動轉換工作,但工作選擇之條件會有所限制,如工作地點、薪資。在新增角色一段時間之後,工作者會趨向想要穩定的職涯生活,減弱了實行無疆界職涯的行動。
Abstract
This study applied the semi-structured interview method of qualitative research to explore the applicability of boundaryless career on the workers’ career stage and how the career roles play in the career stage influence the orientation of boundaryless career.
The results reveals that workers emphasize to pursuit the learning opportunities provided by the organization in the early stage of their careers, and they have the boundaryless career orientation. However, they are still willing to try to switch jobs in the mid-career, but they will be hesitant in actual actions to transit the organization boundaries.

The family roles add in the middle of the career will have two effects. One is the positive encouragement to workers, and the other is the restriction of job seeking. In the early stages of entering a family, workers will be willing to actively transit the organization boundaries due to family members' support and the pursuit a better quality of family life, but the job choice will be limited to factors such as work place and salary. After roles added for a period of time, workers will tend to want a stable career, weakening the action of boundaryless career.
