本研究之研究目的為分析個案公司之遠洋漁業公司之漁船導入海事衛星電話通訊系統的關鍵因素與評估規劃。本研究採用深度訪談法，針對訪談內容以客觀的立場進行具有系統性的探討，藉以瞭解訪談內容所涵蓋的環境影響因素，及其所隱含的意義。
研究結果發現: 遠洋漁船只要導入海事衛星電話通訊系統，大量每日更新詳細的衛星探測水文資訊，便能隨時掌握近年海面溫度升高，而導致往年漁場之遷移變化，及節省搜尋漁場的時間、油料費用、人力等鉅額成本，減少船長依照過去漁季經驗只到特定海域作業方式，避免不知道漁場遷移變化而減少漁獲量不足之成本開銷損失。個案公司導入海事衛星電話通訊系統的影響，提高公司的獨創競爭力，提高營業額，增強個案公司開發能力。
對國內產業發展之影響及關連性:針對建議漁場、氣象圖、水溫圖等皆可有保密機制，可保障我方漁船的重要資訊，與提高捕魚的效率，減少搜尋漁場的成本，提升漁船、漁業代理商與供應商的垂直整合、即時供應與更多的交易，也為之後的遠洋漁業衛星通訊電子商務大平台立下一個重要的基礎本計畫之衍生效益，有助於漁業進入雲端與互聯網結合的發展，立足創新轉型之趨，並協助其他相關業者轉型發展。可為供應商解決補貨時機的困擾，鞏固合作關係。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the key factors and assessment plans for the introduction of maritime satellite telephony systems by case companies. This study uses in-depth interview to systematically discuss the interview content with objective position, so as to understand the environmental impact factors covered by the interview content and its implications.
The research results show that: As long as the ocean fishing vessel introduces the maritime satellite telephone communication system and updates the detailed satellite detection hydrological information daily, it can keep abreast of the sea surface temperature rise in recent years, which will lead to the migration changes of the fishing grounds in previous years and save time for searching for fisheries. The huge cost of fuel costs and manpower reduces the captain's experience in specific sea areas according to past fishing season experience, avoiding the loss of cost of fishing without reducing the catch change. The case company introduced the influence of the maritime satellite telephone communication system, enhanced the company's original competitiveness, increased turnover, and enhanced the development ability of the case company.
Impact and relevance of domestic industry development:There are confidentiality mechanisms for the proposed fishery, weather maps and water temperature maps, which can protect the important information of our fishing vessels, improve the efficiency of fishing and reduce the cost of searching for fisheries.
Enhance the vertical integration, immediate supply and more transactions of fishing vessels, fishing agents and suppliers, and also lay an important foundation for the future e-commerce platform for ocean fishing satellite communications, which will help the fishery to enter. The development of the combination of the cloud and the Internet is based on the trend of innovation and transformation, and assists other related players in the transformation and development. It can solve the problem of replenishment timing for suppliers and strengthen the cooperation relationship.
