本論文以台灣中小企業的傳統加工製造業-FP公司作為研究分析對象，本研究將利用歷史事件分析法來探討身為台灣最後一家投入傳統空調配管加工的中小企業，如何從同業眼中不看好、不起眼的小小加工廠成為今日營業額近二十億的公司、並透過深度訪談法來深入了解與公司經營及營運有相當密切關係的的員工、客戶、廠商以及經營團隊等對於公司的想法與建議，並從中洞察經營過程中重要的營運經驗與智慧，藉此研究並歸納此傳統中小企業成功的關鍵因素。
中小企業成功的關鍵因素很多，包含經營團隊的用心、經營者擁有前瞻性思維、善於活用公司資源等，雖然每一家企業都有其不同的經營環境及所面對的困難，即使如此，他們也都擁有各自的優勢與可用資源，即使只是一家中小企業，也有可能成為隱形冠軍。因此，希望透過本研究的整理與歸納，能有效幫助FP公司發現目前所遇到的問題與瓶頸，經由修正與調整讓公司可以永續經營，持續成長，迎接未來的挑戰。

The thesis refer to Taiwan SME traditional processing and manufacturing FP company as a research and analysis target.
The research based on the historical case study to analyze how was the last company in Taiwan that invested in traditional air conditioning processing, successfully from small company to become bigger company with yearly turnover 20 million.
From the depth interview with their workers, customers manufacturers and management team to contribute ideas and suggestions to understand the company operation, and also from the ideas and suggestions given apply into the operation process to gain an experience and knowledge (know-how) are the few key factors to analyze the success of traditional SME.
The Key factor of succeed is the team management has intensity, passionate heart, forward thinking and fully utilise company resources. Although every company have a different management method and face the various difficulty situations, but the SME have an own advantages and available resources to become a invisible champion in this sector.
Therefore, based on this research hopefully able to help FP company to resolve current situation that facing now thru internal change management method to improve company profit and growth to meet the future challenging.
