《十二年國民基本教育課程綱要》於106年確定,並將於108學年(2019年)正式實施(以下即簡稱為108課綱)。這是臺灣教育制度的一個重大變革,它的重要內容除了解決過去國小至國中9年一貫課程無法銜接高中課程問題外,課綱的改變,更要引領台灣從傳統老師教、學生聽的教學方式為西方式的引導式學習為主。包含了減少部定課程學分,選修課程增加到1/3,高中職學校訂定自己不同的特色課程,加重學生生涯探索以認識自己以及興趣,並強調學生自主學習的重要性。 最重要的,108課綱主要目標為達成成就每個孩子-適性揚才、終身學習願景《十二年國民基本教育課程綱要總綱,教育部,臺教授國字第1030135678A號函,2014》,所以在大學升學的部分,產生了重大變革,將以學習歷程檔案取代現行備審資料,在重質不重量下,豐富個人的學習成果與多元表現。於108學年入學的高一學生,也將面臨考招制度的改變:在個人申請入學成績計算比例,學生在校表現將增加到50%,而其中更包含了學生每學期的學習成果檔案,必須選擇三篇上傳到教育部存放,並於大學申請入學時除了提交在校各種表現外,還加上了與所申請科系相關的在校學習成果檔案以供申請系所審核。 本研究以學生的公司承包臺北市政府教育局「107年學習歷程系統擴充及優化案」以及高雄市教育局「高中職學習歷程系統」專案執行及成果,以個案研究方式,依據教育部頒定之《教育部國民及學前教育署建置高級中等教育階段學生學習歷程檔案作業要點,教育部,106年7月26日》進行學習歷程平台實作,並且引入區塊鏈技術,利用以太坊(Ethereum) 以及智能合約(Smart Contract) 以達到證明文件的不可否認性。 學習歷程資料的真偽性,影響了升學的公平性以及養成學生不需要誠實的作弊心態,經過本次的個案研究,發覺將來在政府主導的聯盟鏈下,各項技能、競賽、作品都經過區塊鏈認證,將可達到一個最值得信賴的歷程平台系統。 |
Abstract |
The "12-year National Basic Education Curriculum Guideline" was established in 2017 and will be officially implemented in the 108th school year (hereinafter referred to as the 108th curriculum guideline). This is a major change in Taiwan's education system. Its important content is not only to solve the problem that the past nine years of the national curriculum has not been able to link the high school curriculum, but also to change the curriculum, and to lead Taiwan's teaching from traditional teachers and students. The mode is mainly guided by Western style. Including the reduction of the number of course credits ruled by Ministry of Education, the elective course increased to 1/3, high school schools set their own different special courses, increase student career exploration to understand themselves and interests, and emphasize the importance of students' independent learning. The most important thing is that the main goal of the 108 curriculum guideline is to achieve the achievement of each child-adaptability, lifelong learning vision, "12-year National Basic Education Curriculum Outline, Ministry of Education, Professor T.N.T.N. No. 1030135678A, 2014", so In the part of university entrance, major changes have taken place, and the current review data will be replaced by the learning history file, enriching individual learning outcomes and diverse performances under the thinking of quality is more important than quality. High school students enrolled in the 108th school year will also face changes in the examination and recruitment system: in the proportion of individual application for admission, the student performance will increase to 50%, and the student’s learning outcome file for each semester must be included. Three copies were selected for storage in the MOE, and in addition to submitting various performances at the university, the school's learning outcome files related to the applied department were added for review by the application department. In this study, the student company contracted the Taipei City Government Education Bureau's "107 Years of Learning System Expansion and Optimization" and the Kaohsiung Education Bureau's "High School Title Learning System" project implementation and results, based on case studies, according to the Ministry of Education. "National and Pre-primary Education Department of the Ministry of Education to establish key points in the learning process of students in the advanced secondary education stage, Ministry of Education, July 26, 2006" to implement the learning process platform, and introduce blockchain technology, using Ethereum and Smart Contract to achieve the non-repudiation of the supporting documents. The authenticity of the learning process data affects the fairness of the study and the students do not need to be honest and cheating. After this case study, it is found that in the future, under the government-led alliance chain, all skills, competitions and works will go through. Blockchain certification will reach the most trusted platform system. |
