本研究為深度了解女性創業者的各階段態樣與困境，但參考國內文獻，台灣女性創業研究多以質化研究為主，而量化方式未有以呈現台灣女性創業者成長軌跡與遇到的困境，或呈現數據久遠，因此想透過本研究，描繪出女性創業者各種創業階段與面臨的困境，以及探討政府資源對女性創業者的影響，因此本研究將參考國內外文獻為參考，先以量化方式調查參與過女性創業飛雁計畫之560位女性創業者，以此了解女性創業者在不同創業階段的創業困境，與政府支持的影響，再以質化方式，隨機抽樣2位女性創業飛雁計畫之女性創業者，藉由描述性訪談了解女性創業者，於各創業階段中，也就是區分為潛在創業者、新生創業者、新創企業者、現有企業，共四個創業階段的創業困境與政府支持的影響。
從560份量化分析與2位質化訪談結果發現，從不同創業階段的女性創業者，在創業動機、創業意圖、創業困境、政府資源影響，顯示出不同的創業態樣與階段性的需求呈現，且透過本研究了解目前台灣對於女性創業政策，對女性創業者的協助成效，顯示出女性創業與政府資源彼此具有顯著性影響，本研究認為可以透過此研究，了解目前台灣協助女性創業創業政策上，仍可以補足政策內容，以此營造友善女性創業者的創業環境，進而增加女性創業者的創業意圖。

This study is to understand the various entrepreneurship stages and dilemmas of women entrepreneurs. However, with reference to domestic literature, Taiwan's women entrepreneurship research is mostly based on qualitative research, and the quantitative method has not shown entrepreneurship growth track and Taiwanese women entrepreneurship predicament. This study will reference literature to planning study structure, questionnaires to quantify women entrepreneurship, and interview. Survey respondent is 560 women entrepreneurship and interview 2 women entrepreneurship in the women entrepreneurship program. Through descriptive interviews to understand women entrepreneurship silhouette and dilemma, in the various stages of entrepreneurship, that is four entrepreneurship stage about potential entrepreneurship, nascent entrepreneurship, established business ownership and the impact of government support. From the results of 560 quantitative analysis and 2 qualitative interviews, it is found that women entrepreneurship from different entrepreneurship stages shows different entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial dilemmas, and government resources. Through this study to understand Taiwan for women entrepreneurship policy need to strengthen, and to assist the effectiveness of women entrepreneurship, showing women entrepreneurship and government resources with each other has a significant impact. This study suggests that the policy content can still be supplemented to create a friendly women entrepreneurship environment, thereby increasing the entrepreneurial intentions of women entrepreneurship.
