在物聯網的趨勢下,「穿戴式裝置」將會對運動領域帶來全新的改變。除了職業運動選手的使用以外,隨著運動越來越興盛,ㄧ般人從事運動的比例也越來越高,因此對於體適能訓練的需求也有日益增加的趨勢。 近年來由於物聯網應用也逐漸興起,身體監測設備技術也日趨發達進步,智慧手錶、智慧手環甚至智慧手機到智慧衣服,都可以運用身體監測及體適能訓練上。因此體適能結合物聯網的運用在未來的趨勢上,將逐漸運用在體適能訓練的分析,強化訓練效果及減少運動傷害。 組織在計畫轉型計畫,在推動商業模式十,必須先考量外部環境以及潛在的挑戰,清楚了解自身的優勢與阻礙創新的因子,進而擬出相對的發展策略。因此本研究先以文獻了解體適能及物聯網現況,並透過深部訪談在體適能領域上學術及業界實際應用相關人員,探討穿戴式裝置在體適能領域運用的內外部優劣勢,並從中觀察目前市場,再擬定出差異化的服務與產品,發展出一套創新的商業模式。 關鍵字:物聯網、穿戴式裝置、體適能、運動、商業模式 |
Abstract |
Under the trend of the Internet of Things, "wearable devices" will bring new changes to the field of sports. In addition to the use of professional sports players, as the sport is more and more prosperous, the proportion of people who are engaged in sports is getting higher and higher, so the demand for fitness training is also increasing. In recent years, due to the emergence of Internet of Things applications, body monitoring equipment technology has also been increasingly developed and advanced, smart watches, smart bracelets and even smart phones to smart clothes, can use physical monitoring and physical fitness training. Therefore, the application of physical fitness in combination with the Internet of Things will gradually be applied to the analysis of physical fitness training to enhance the training effect and reduce sports injuries. It is found that when organizations promote the transformation of business models, they should give priority to potential challenges and external environment, understand their own advantages and factors that hinder innovation, and then propose corresponding development strategies. Therefore, this study first understands the physical fitness and the status of the Internet of Things in the literature, and through the deep interviews in the academic field and the practical application of relevant personnel in the field of physical fitness, to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external competition of wearable devices in the field of fitness. And observe the current market, and then develop differentiated services and products, and develop an innovative business model.
