對於各種行業來說，運輸倉儲及物流屬於剛性需求及重要基礎產業，其中運輸輔具為重要耗材，業者使用過程將考慮包含運輸成本及運輸品質等關鍵議題。而因應各種相關技術的進展，運輸倉儲業也逐步導入新技術應用，其中滑拖板成為重要的應用趨勢。本研究主要針對國內滑拖板業者如何因應整體產業環境變化，進而擬定己身市場競爭策略議題深入探討。
整體而言，本研究的主要研究目的如下：
1. 了解運輸輔具產業發展，包含棧板以及滑拖板產業等。
2. 探討台灣目前的整體形勢，以及滑拖板本身的優劣勢。
3. 制定滑拖板的市場發展策略。

本研究經相關文獻資料探討，並實地訪談滑拖板業者、配合夾具廠商以及客戶等針對包含滑托板業的五力分析、SWOT分析、PEST分析，以及市場競爭策略等面向進行綜合分析，歸納總結有以下重要研究發現。
1. 具核心能力基礎的滑拖板業者對現有競爭者、新進競爭者，以及供應商相對議價能力較強，未來可強化客戶議價能力進而取代既有棧板之經營優勢。
2. 滑拖板產業根基於產品技術上具較強大競爭優勢，未來將致力於客戶使用習慣創新，並促成政策標準的制定以迎長足發展商機。
3. 滑拖板業者持續藉由低成本、差異化以及集中化經營策略模式，強化己身於既有產業中建立市場的競爭優勢利基。

Transportation, warehousing and logistics are rigid needs and important basic industries for various industries. Among them, the assistive device of transportation are important consumables. Costs and quality of transportation are critical factors of selecting appropriate device. In response to the progress of various technologies, the transportation and warehousing industry has gradually introduced new technology, and the slip sheet technology has become an important application trend. This study mainly takes in-depth discussion and focuses on how domestic slip sheet companies make their competitive strategies for the changes in the overall industrial environment.

The main objectives of this study are as followings:
1. To understand the development of the assistive device industry, including the pallet and slip sheet industries.
2. To discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the slip sheet and the current overall situation in Taiwan.
3. To study for what is the competitive strategy of the slip sheet market.

Through the literature reviews, and on-site interviews with the slip sheet firm, 3-rd fixture supplier, and customers, as well as comprehensive analysis, including the five forces analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, and market competition strategies of the slip sheet industry. This study summarizes some important findings as followings.
1. The slip sheet company with a core competency has stronger bargaining power over existing competitors, new competitors, and suppliers. And it can strengthen the bargaining power of customers and replace the existing pallet business advantages in the future.
2. The slip sheet industry has a strong competitive advantage in the product technology, and it would be committed to innovate the customer habits and promote the policy standards to welcome the long-term business opportunities in the future.
The slip sheet industry continues to strengthen its competitive advantage in the existing industries through low-cost, differentiated and niche market strategies.
