醫療檢驗產業，大多是檢驗設備競賽，而檢驗醫學則是透過實驗室設備、醫療器材設備，為臨床診斷、治療等，提供相關參考數據，體外診斷醫療器材（IVD），除了可以早期診斷疾病可能發生機率外，並能對病患治療做有效的監控，制定相關醫療計畫，由於醫事檢驗是屬非常專業的行業，相關的檢驗設備，也大多由國外引進，故相關的實驗室建置，極度仰賴廠商的建議。
由於近年來工業技術與資訊科技快速提升，致使醫療檢驗產品功能不斷創新，整合多功儀器的產生、實驗室整合自動化的串接、檢驗資訊AI診斷能力提升的竄起，使得競業間，設備能力界線更加模糊，競爭更趨白熱化，因此，企業欲在競爭環境下脫穎而出，就必須建構自身核心競爭力，與掌握實驗室趨勢變化，在競業競合環境中，創造企業關鍵競爭力優勢。
因此，本研究一方面藉由波特五力分析文獻探討，了解產業現況，與產業未來發展分析，滿足並激發引導客戶需求;另一方面，也藉由SWOT文獻探討，藉以善用學理中自身產業優劣勢分析的運用，制訂相關策略，加強代理商核心競爭力，最後，透過競合策略的PARTS分析，與賽局理論的運用，了解並思考實際賽局的運作，加以思考如何創新賽局、改變賽局，在競爭激烈的醫療檢驗產業中，開創新的競合策略與賽局，保持企業核心競爭力。

Abstract
The medical examination industry, mostly is the checker competition, but examines the medicine is penetrates the bench-scale equipment, the medical supplies equipment, for the clinical diagnosis, the treatment and so on, provides the correlation reference data, in vitro diagnosis medical supplies (IVD), possibly have the probability besides may the early diagnosis disease, and can make the effective monitoring to sickness treatment, the formulation related medical service plan, because the practice of medicine examination is the extremely specialized profession, correlation checker, also mostly by overseas introduction, therefore is connected the laboratory establishes, admires the manufacturer extremely the suggestion.
Because industrial technology and the information science and technology fast promotion in the recent years, the cause medical service examination product function innovated unceasingly, the conformity multi-merit instrument production, the laboratory conformity automation series connection, the examination information AI diagnosis ability promotion fled, caused to compete industry, the equipment ability demarcation line was fuzzier, the competition hastened the superheating, therefore, the enterprise wanted under the competition environment blooming, had to construct own core competitive power, with grasped the laboratory tendency change, in competed industry competes gathers in the environment, creation enterprise essential competitive power superiority.
Therefore, on the one hand this research because of the baud five strength analysis literature discussion, understood industrial present situation, will future develop the analysis with the industry, will satisfy the shunt excitation to escort a coffin to grave leads the customer demand; On the other hand, also because of SWOT literature discussion, so as to makes good use of in the scientific theory own industrial superior inferiority analysis utilization, the making correlation strategy, the enhancement business agent core competitive power, finally, the penetration competes gathers the strategy the PARTS analysis, with the match bureau theory utilization, understood and pondered the actual match bureau the operation, pondered how innovates the match bureau, the change match bureau, in the competition intense medical service examination industry, founds new competes gathers the strategy and the match bureau, the maintenance enterprise core competitive power.
