本研究目的在於探討導入數位化生產管理對 TS 公司全興廠軋鋼生產線是否有助益？進而達到降低生產成本、提高對顧客的服務品質的目的，也把由人工操作管理的軋鋼線進化成用數字科技管理之軋鋼生產線，經過導入初期的摸索磨合期，到近期已漸入佳境，生產操作人員越來越熟練使用這套生產管理系統，利用每小時產量、生產尺寸成品率、生產每一噸成品耗油量(佔生產成本最大的三個指標因素)去評量降低生產成本效益及提高達成生產排程之準確率，達成準時或提早交貨給客戶之效益。
未來可以數位化生產系統為基礎可擴大整合採購、維修、庫存、業務接單系 統，使此系統能發揮更大的效益。

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the introduction of a digitalized production management system can help the steel rolling production line of TS company’s QuanXing plant, in reducing production cost and improving customer service? The steel rolling production line, which has been evolved to be directed by digital technology instead of manual operation, recently led to efficiency amelioration, after the initial trial and error period. Production operators are more and more proficient in running the production management system. The system uses output per hour, product yield, and fuel consumption per ton of finished goods (the three most important factors of production cost) to measure the reduction of production cost and production scheduling accuracy, looking forward to the benefits of delivering goods to customers on time or even earlier.
In the future, based on the digitalized production management system, the company can integrate procurement, maintenance, inventory, and business order function to make this system more effective.
