現代人生活壓力大,除了坊間療癒商品盛行,網路上也有許多「療癒影片」出現。這些影片內容觀看時不需要花費過多心力思考,且相對具有替代性滿足角色,讓人在觀看時有放鬆、紓壓的正向情緒感受。然而,影片內容知覺流暢性程度與對結局揭曉的等待知覺時間長短,在不同程度狀況下,所喚起的心流感受、對後續社群網路互動行為(包含「按讚/愛心」、「留言」以及「分享」)的態度影響,乃至加入實用價值為干擾之箇中關係,是本研究探討主軸。

本研究為符合實驗設計背景與環境符合,選擇與受測者平時會瀏覽的社群網站作為出發點,採用線上實驗法,並分為六個假說。實驗一為知覺流暢性(高VS.低) X 結局揭曉等待知覺時間(長VS.短)二因子實驗操弄對於療癒影片觀看後的心流感受;實驗二則驗證心流感受在實用價值干擾下之受測者間實驗設計,並確立心流感受在知覺流暢性與社群互動意願間的中介關係。本研究兩項實驗分別蒐集到368份、400份有效樣本。統計結果顯示,知覺流暢性與等待知覺時間顯著地影響受測者心流感受結果;心流感受作為中介變項,受測者也因而在感知到知覺流暢性高時,產生較佳的社群互動意願;而以實用價值為干擾變項,當觀看療癒影片時受測者感知到具有實用價值時,將會顯著地正向影響受測者的「留言」以及「分享」行為。研究結果將可以作為影音行銷時,調整人們知覺流暢性感受程度與等待知覺時間長短,搭配得以喚起情緒的心流感受內容,發展最佳傳播組合。
Abstract
Modern people have a lot of pressure on their lives. In addition to the prevalence of healing products in the market, many "healing videos" are available on the Internet. We don’t need to spend too much time thinking while watching. There are relatively alternative fulfilling roles, which makes people feel relaxed and relieved. However, the degree of perceptual fluency of the videos and the length of time waiting for the ending under different conditions may contribute to the flow experience. The subsequent social community interaction behavior and the utilitarian value to the relationship are also examined.

In order to comply with the experimental design background and environment, the online experiment method was adopted and divided into six hypotheses. Experiment one discusses examined the perceptual fluency (high vs. low) and the waiting perceptual time of the end of videos (long vs. short), which trying to figure out the flow experience after watching the healing video. Experiment two is tested by adopting certain subjects under the interference of utilitarian value to verify the mediating relationship of flow experience between the flow sensation of the perception fluency and the willingness to interact in the social media. In the study, 368 and 400 valid samples are collected in the experiments respectively. The statistical results show that perception fluency and waiting perception time highly affect the subject's flow experience results. The test generates a better willingness of social community interaction as perceiving higher perceptual fluency when flow experience acts as an intermediary variable. In addition, the subjects would be more ready to interact when watching a healing video and having utilitarian value as a disturbance variable. Finally, the study also indicates that it brings a positive and significant influence on the subject’s behavior to offer "comment" and "sharing" in social community.
