Abstract |
The development of the digital economy has led to a reversal of the industrial structure. The industrial environment is now facing a dramatic change from the past. In order to sustainably operate, companies must think about how to adjust themselves to fit in the external environment. Dynamic capabilities explain how companies respond to rapidly changing market environments and technological changes. Through corporate awareness, they seize growth opportunities in the market, reorganize and redesign the organization, and then renew their strategies. Therefore, it is emphasized that companies must have dynamic capabilities. Most companies realize that companies must be entrepreneurial-oriented in order to discover the opportunities and threats brought about by changes in the internal and external environment, and then help organizations achieve entrepreneurial results and assist companies to change through entrepreneurship in a dynamic environment. The purpose of this study is to explore how companies can use entrepreneurial orientation and dynamic capabilities to achieve organizational strategy renew in the digital economy. Therefore, taking dynamic capability as the primary theoretical basis, it explains how dynamic capability can bring higher-level competitive advantages to the organization. At the same time, supplemented by literature on entrepreneurial orientation and organizational strategy, the structure of this research can be more comprehensive. This research finds that through the entrepreneurial orientation of the company's high-level management team, it will use three phases of dynamic capabilities to promote organizational strategy updates and enable the organization to achieve new and old career strategy updates and innovation. This research also leads to relevant propositions based on each process in the research framework. Because this research is conducted using data from the perspective of corporate practices, the research results can be used as a reference for future research and corporate management. |
