中文摘要
隨著時代與產業的進步,公部門現今也面臨轉型挑戰,但員工之凝聚力及部門間之溝通協調常成為轉型的一大關鍵。故本研究欲透過鼓勵員工參與志工活動來改善此一問題。透過瞭解公部門員工參與志工活動時,其志工參與動機與組織公民行為間之關係及驗證活動類型之中介效果來探討志工參與動機、志工活動類型及組織公民行為等三個面向以期能藉由文獻探討及實證所得之結果,提供公部門志工參與及規劃之建議。

本研究以嘉義地區中油員工為研究對象,共發放問卷220份,回收208份,
包含主管與一般員工,透過描述性統計分析、因素分析、信度及效度分析、相關分析及迴歸分析之統計分析方法,了解研究變項之關係與影響,研究發現如下:

一、員工參與志工活動不論出自何種動機,皆能對其組織公民行為產生正向影響。
二、員工參與志工活動時偏好參與互動及回饋程度較高之類型。
三、回饋程度高之志工活動類別對員工之組織公民行為有較佳之增強效果
Abstract
With the advancement of time and industries, the public sectors now face the challenges from organizational and industrial transformation. Following that, internal cohesion and cross-department communication are of great significance. Therefore, volunteer participation is adopted to improve both factors. In this research, comprehensive and informative suggestions for public sectors’ volunteer program are expected by analyzing the relationship and mediation effects between volunteer motivation, activity types and organizational citizenship behaviors.

In this case, the subjects are CPC employees in Chiayi city and the questionnaires sent in total are 220 and valid numbers are 208, which include directors and staffs and the dates are analyzed through descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to understand the relationship and influence between the factors. The main conclusions are as below:

1. All sort of motivations in this study influence the OCB positively.
2. The employees tend to participate the activity with higher interaction and reciprocation.
3. Activities with higher interaction and reciprocation can better enhance the OCB of employees.
