在競爭日益激烈、數位科技持續創新的時代下,企業對線上學習(e-1earning)系統及知識管理等已成為員工教育訓練的主流工具。善用資訊科技達成電子化是政府部門重要的目標之一,以提升企業效能及員工的專業能力。企業透過線上學習系統,使員工不僅能夠接收更多的專業知識,並可增加員工主動學習的平台,若能善用線上電子化訓練的特性,強化企業的員工訓練,相信將為企業帶來正面的影響。 本研究以Xu、Benbasat & Cenfetelli(2013)的3Q模型為基礎,並加入管理成熟度,以瞭解企業員工使用線上學習系統之使用滿意度,同時,藉以探討達到消費著滿意度後,是否會有持續使用態度及意圖。本研究以問卷方式進行調查,共獲得有效問卷124份。 主要研究結果顯示:1.「流通性」、「完整性」、「正確性」對資訊品質有顯著的正向影響。2.「可靠性」、「無障礙」及「有用性」對系統品質有顯著的正向影響。3.「育樂性」對服務品質有顯著的正向影響。4.系統品質對資訊品質與服務品質有顯著的正向影響。5.資訊品質對使用者滿意度有顯著正向影響。6.管理成熟度對使用者滿意度有顯著正向。7.使用者滿意度對使用態度有顯著正向影響。8.使用態度對使用意圖有顯著正向影響。文末並依據研究結論提出若干建議,以供有關單位參考。 |
Abstract |
In an increasingly competitive, sustainable and innovative information technology era, enterprises have become the mainstream tool for employee education and training in online learning (e-1earning) systems and knowledge management. Making good use of information technology to achieve electronicization is one of the important goals of government departments to promote corporate effectiveness and the professional capabilities of employees. Through online learning system, employees can not only receive more professional knowledge, but also increase the platform for employees to actively learn. If we can make good use of the characteristics of online electronic training and strengthen the training of employees in the company, it is believed that it will have a positive impact on the company. The study is based on 3Q model of Xu、Benbasat & Cenfetelli(2013)and added Management Maturity for understanding the satisfaction of the use of online learning systems by employees, and to explore the satisfaction of consumption. After that, will there be continued use attitudes and intentions? The study was conducted by questionnaire and a total of 124 valid questionnaires were obtained. The main findings show that: 1. Currency, Completeness & Accuracy have a significant positive impact on information quality. 2. Reliability, Accessibility, & Perceived Usefulness have a significant positive impact on system quality. 3. Perceived Enjoymen has a significant positive impact on Service Quality. 4. System Quality has a significant positive impact on Information Quality and Service Quality. 5. Information Quality has a significant positive impact on User Satisfaction. 6. Management Maturity has a significant positive impact on User Satisfaction. 7. User Satisfaction has a significant positive impact on usage. 8. The Attitude of Use has a significant positive impact on the intention to use. According to the conclusion of this research, we propose suggestions to relative organizations as a reference. |
