中文摘要
企業文化的重要性,在於要成為成功的企業,必須具備的重要的因素就是要深入全體組織人員內心,無可替代且強而有力的企業文化,因此,企業文化不僅代表企業的精神與理念,更是可以做為企業經營的重要策略。縱觀過去歷史當中,影響國家興亡的重要成敗關鍵,在於制度體系的建立與崩潰,此觀點同樣可用於企業的存亡關鍵,即影響企業發展的重要影響因素在於企業制度的建立,許文西與許源派(2012) 指出企業必須透過創新以追求永續經營,其中創新包含在企業制度方面的改變,故企業制度的變遷似乎牽動著企業發展的方向。對企業發展的影響因素當中,Peter F. Drucker (2000) 指出影響企業的經營過程若要持續保有競爭能力,則在組織型態方面,必須放棄舊有的型態,而隨著時代的趨勢進行調整,故組織型態影響著企業是否穩健的持續進步。
為了瞭解上述企業文化、企業制度和組織型態對企業營運的影響,本研究以大軒化工公司為研究對象,透過訪談的方式,綜合公司各階層主管的訪談內容,分析並歸納企業文化、企業制度與組織型態對組織績效的影響,而依據分析之結果,以期提出有助於公司永續經營的方針。
Abstract
Corporate culture is an important factor for companies because successful companies have an irreplaceable and strong corporate culture, and these cultures are deeply rooted in the members of the organization. Therefore, corporate culture not only represents the company's spirit and philosophy, but also can be used as an important strategy for business operations. In past history, the important factor affecting the rise and fall of the country was the establishment and collapse of institutional system. This idea can also be applied to the key to the survival of enterprises, that is, the establishment of an enterprise system is an important factor affecting the development of the enterprise. Past studies have pointed out that companies must adopt innovation in order to pursue sustainable development, such as changing the corporate system. Therefore, the change of the corporate system seems to affect the direction of the company's development. Among the influencing factors for the development of enterprises, the past studies have suggested that if companies want to maintain their competitiveness, they must abandon the old patterns in organizational form, and adjust with the trend of the time. Therefore, organizational patterns influence whether the company continues to improve.
In order to understand the impact of corporate culture, managerial change and organizational form on organizational operation, in this study, Ta Shian Chemical is the object of research. Based on interviews with supervisors of company, the impacts of corporate culture, managerial change and organizational form on organizational performance are summarized, and the analysis results are expected to contribute to the company's sustainable operation.
