本研究以迴歸驗證中國供應鏈中企業關係的決定因素。著重於供應鏈中買賣雙方相對規模和供應商重要程度對供應鏈買賣雙方關係的影響。
迴歸結果顯示,公司相對規模對供應鏈的影響在迴歸分析中十分明顯。供應商相對於買主愈小,買主傾向剝削供應商而延遲支付貨款,供應商持有較多存貨。另一方面,供應商重要性對供應鏈也會造成影響,買主愈重視供應商,買主愈不會剝削供應商。透過敘述統計與迴歸分析,結果皆指向買賣雙方規模會影響供應鏈的剝削程度。
Abstract
This study determines the key factor of supply chain in China. We focus on bargaining power and financial performance in buyer-supplier relationship.
Our results show that relative firm size will impact supply chain. When supplier are smaller relative to the buyer, the buyers tends to exploit suppliers and delay the payment, and the suppliers hold more inventory. On the other hand, the importance of the suppliers will also affect the supply chain. If buyers pay more attention to suppliers, buyers will not exploit suppliers. Through summary statistics and regression analysis, the results shed light on relative firm size will impact the degree of exploitation of the supply chain.
